RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Re-Coco Innovations Pvt. Ltd., every product is carefully crafted from nature’s discarded coconut waste—making it unique, sustainable, and close to our heart. While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. That’s why we offer a hassle-free replacement policy to keep your experience smooth and worry-free.

When can you request a replacement?

• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. • You receive an incomplete order. • You are not fully satisfied with the product and would like to exchange it.

Not Satisfied?

If you're not happy with the product, you can exchange it within our 7-day window.

Return/Exchange Process

All replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Simply email us at support@recoco.in with your Order ID and product images.

• Pickup will be arranged, In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship.

• Once we receive and inspect the product, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your return/refund.
