Welcome to Re-Coco. These Terms of Service describe the rules that apply when you access or use our website (www.recoco.in) and when you purchase products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be added at checkout where required. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout; orders are processed only after payment authorization is successful. We may cancel orders for reasons including payment failure or suspected fraud.
6. Shipment & Delivery
Orders are dispatched in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates; Re-Coco is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We prioritize exchanges and replacements. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it per our Return & Replacement Policy. For returns requested due to change of mind, customers may be required to pay return shipping. Refunds are exceptional and considered only in specific situations.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

- Upload harmful or unlawful content;
- Attempt to access restricted areas or other users’ accounts.
