Re-Coco Returns & Refund Policy

At Re-Coco Innovations Pvt. Ltd., every product is carefully crafted from nature’s discarded coconut waste – making it unique, sustainable, and close to our heart. While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. That’s why we offer a hassle-free Replacement Policy to keep your experience smooth and worry-free.

WHEN CAN YOU REQUEST A REPLACEMENT?

We happily provide replacements in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • You receive an incomplete order.
  • You are not fully satisfied with the product and would like to exchange it.

REQUEST TIMELINE

  • All replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • To raise a request, simply email us at  support@recoco.in with your order ID and images of the product.

REPLACEMENT SHIPPING

  • If your replacement request is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect delivery, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.
  • If you request a replacement simply because you changed your mind or didn’t like the product, don’t worry — we’ll still process it. In such cases, a small return shipping charge will be borne by the customer.
    (This helps us keep our eco-friendly products affordable and accessible to everyone.)

HOW REPLACEMENTS WORK

  • Once the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, we will ship out the replacement product promptly.
  • Please note: We currently provide replacements only. Refunds are not part of our standard policy.

NON-REPLACEABLE ITEMS

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items (like opened soil packs, used scrubs, or partially used kits) cannot be replaced.
